Geita Gold Mining Ltd (GGML) Graduate Trainee Programme 2025 Intake

Geita Gold Mining Ltd (GGML), Tanzania’s leading gold producer and a subsidiary of AngloGold Ashanti, is excited to announce the launch of its Graduate Trainee Programme for the 2025 intake. This programme is designed to provide ambitious, energetic, and performance-driven graduates with the opportunity to gain valuable work experience and enhance their employability in various fields.

About the Programme:

The GGML Graduate Trainee Programme is a 12-month initiative aimed at equipping Tanzanian graduates with practical skills and experience in their respective disciplines. Successful candidates will receive a monthly allowance to cover incidental costs associated with the programme.

Eligibility Criteria:

To qualify for the programme, applicants must:

• Be a Tanzanian citizen.
• Be an unemployed graduate aged between 18 – 30 years.
• Have completed a relevant bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.5.
• Have graduated between 2022 and 2024.
• Female graduates and people with disabilities are highly encouraged to apply.
