7,000 Names Called for Interview at PSRS

The Secretary of the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat on behalf of MDAs & LGAs would like to inform all job applicants that interviews are expected to be conducted from 20th March 2025 to 5th April 2025. Applicants are advised to note the following instructions:

1. The interviews will take place on the dates indicated in this announcement, and the time and location of the interviews have been specified for each cadre.
2. Each interviewee must attend the interview venue wearing a mask.
3. Each interviewee must have an identification document for verification purposes.
4. Acceptable identification documents include: Resident ID, Voter ID, Work ID, Citizenship ID, Passport, Driver’s License, or an identification letter from the local government where you reside.
5. Interviewees must bring their ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES, starting from the birth certificate, Form IV, Form VI, and other relevant academic certificates.
6. Interviewees who present Testimonials, Provisional Results, Statement of Results, or Form IV and Form VI result slips WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED and WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PROCEED WITH THE INTERVIEW.
7. Each interviewee will be responsible for their own food, transportation, and accommodation.
8. Each interviewee must adhere to the date, time, and location assigned for their interview.
9. Applicants from outside Tanzania must ensure that their certificates are verified and approved by the relevant authorities (such as TCU, NACTE, or NECTA).
10. Job applicants whose names do not appear in this announcement should note that they have not been shortlisted.
11. For cadres that require registration with their respective professional boards, applicants must bring their original registration certificates along with their practicing licenses.
12. All interviewees who have been shortlisted must ensure they log into their accounts and copy their examination numbers, as these numbers will not be provided on the day of the interview.
