1.0 NURSE GRADE II (NURSE II) – 37 POSITIONS

1.1 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

i. Perform nursing duties to serve clients in the community, hospitals, and all areas where health services are provided.
ii. Supervise and coordinate the work of all health workers in their area of work.
iii. Collect statistics and prepare performance reports.
iv. Provide home-based care to patients.
v. Offer counseling and advice.
vi. Provide immunization and family planning services.
vii. Provide maternity and child health services.
viii. Educate patients and the community about their health issues.
ix. Monitor the maintenance of equipment in their work area.

1.1.1 QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants must have a two-year Nursing Certificate from a government-recognized institution and be registered with the Tanzania Nurses and Midwives Council.
