JOB APPOINTMENT ANNOUNCEMENT
The Secretary of the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat wishes to inform all job applicants who attended interviews between 26th September 2024 and 19th December 2024 for various positions that the results of the successful candidates are as listed in this announcement. The list also includes some candidates who were in the database for various cadres and have been assigned to workstations after the availability of positions.
Successful candidates are required to collect their appointment letters from the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat Offices located at the University of Dodoma (UDOM) in the Dr. Asha Rose Migiro Buildings, open courtyards within seven days from the date of this announcement. After this period, letters not collected by the concerned individuals will be sent via their postal addresses.
Furthermore, successful candidates who have been assigned to workstations are required to report to their employers within the period specified in their appointment letters, along with original educational certificates starting from Form Four onwards, for verification by the employer before being issued with an employment letter. Those whose names do not appear in this announcement should note that they were not successful in securing a position and are encouraged to apply again when job vacancies are announced.
IMPORTANT:
Individuals coming to collect their appointment letters must have identification for verification. Acceptable identification documents include: National ID, Passport, Zanzibar Resident ID, Voter’s ID, or Driver’s License.
