ANNOUNCEMENT FOR JOB APPOINTMENT

The Secretary of the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat would like to inform job applicants who attended interviews on May 4, 2024, and January 17, 2025, that the results of those who passed have been published in this announcement. The list includes some of the applicants who were in the database for various positions that became available later.

Successful candidates are required to collect their job placement letters at the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat offices located at the University of Dodoma (UDOM), in the Asha Rose Migiro Buildings, Registry Office. The letters will be available for seven (7) days from the date of this announcement, after which any uncollected letters will be sent to the respective recipients via postal services.

Additionally, candidates must report to their assigned workplaces within the period specified in their placement letters, bringing along original educational certificates from secondary school onwards for verification by the employer before receiving their job appointment letters.

For those whose names do not appear in this announcement, it means they were not selected or did not pass the interview. They are encouraged to apply again for future job openings.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

Applicants collecting their job placement letters must bring valid identification for verification. Acceptable forms of identification include:

• National ID (Kitambulisho cha Uraia)
• Passport
• Zanzibar Resident ID (Kitambulisho cha Mzanzibari Mkaazi)
• Voter’s ID (Kitambulisho cha Mpiga Kura)
• Driver’s License
