JOB VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

The management of Furaha Tunu Early and Primary School is announcing job vacancies for Teachers and a Head Cook. The school follows the English Medium curriculum and is owned by the KKKT – Diocese of Konde – Bethel Partnership.

Qualifications for Teaching Positions – Four Vacancies

1. Science, Mathematics, and TEHAMA Teacher – Two Positions

• Must be a Tanzanian.
• Must have a Degree or Diploma in Teaching from a government-recognized institution.
• Must be proficient in speaking English.
• Must have additional skills outside of teaching, such as music, crafts, sports, etc.
• Must be God-fearing.

1. First and Second Grade Teacher – Two Positions

• Must be a Tanzanian.
• Must have a Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Teaching from a government-recognized institution.
• Must be proficient in speaking English.
• Must be God-fearing.

Qualifications for Head Cook Position – One Vacancy

• Must be a Tanzanian.
• Must have a Certificate in Food Production or equivalent.
• Must have at least three years of experience in a similar position.
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Must have studied culinary matters.
• Must be God-fearing.

Duties of the Head Cook

• Oversee and coordinate all kitchen matters.
• Prepare various meals according to the school schedule.
• Plan meal procedures that will improve the nutrition of consumers at all times.
• Ensure the kitchen environment and all its equipment are clean at all times.
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met.
