1. Software Developer

• Department: Innovation and Digital Transformation Unit
• Location: Tanzania Head Office
• Number of Openings: 2
• Job Purpose: To build, test, and implement in-house business applications or modify existing software to meet key business goals.
• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Agile/Scrum/DevOps certifications are an added advantage. Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in software development.
• Deadline: 2025-03-02
• Employment Terms: Permanent

1. Zonal Business Support – Northern Zone

• Department: Zonal Office, Northern
• Location: Northern Zone
• Number of Openings: 1
• Job Purpose: To provide professional support to branches’ business growth, focusing on new customer onboarding, digital platform expansion, and market analysis.
• Qualifications: Degree in a business-related field. Knowledge of business analytics and data management is an added advantage. At least 3 years of experience in branch operations.
• Deadline: 2025-03-01
• Employment Terms: Permanent
