EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES AT THE COLLEGE OF BUSINESS EDUCATION (CBE)
The College of Business Education (CBE), a Public Higher Learning Institution established by Act of Parliament No. 31 of 1965, is inviting applications from qualified Tanzanians to fill the following vacant position on a ONE-year contract (renewable once):
Position: Office Management Secretary II (13 Posts)
Entry Qualifications:
- Holder of Form IV/VI certificate with a Diploma in Secretarial Studies (NTA Level 6).
- Must have passed Shorthand (English) and Hati Mkato (Kiswahili) at a speed of 100 words per minute.
- Proficiency in computer programs (MS-Word, MS-Excel, Internet, Email, MS-Publisher) from a recognized institution.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receiving and managing correspondence, visitors, and calls.
- Keeping records of events, appointments, and meetings.
- Preparing documents for meetings and facilitating official meetings.
- Managing office supplies and equipment maintenance.
- Typing confidential and open letters/documents as assigned.
- Performing any other related duties as assigned by superiors.
Salary Scale: PGSS 4
