Step 1: Initial Steps at UDOM

  • Visit the UDOM office to collect your placement letter.
  • Verify that the address on the letter matches the one in your portal account.
  • Once verified, you will be directed to proceed to the district where you have been assigned.

Step 2: Meeting with the District Executive Director (DED)

  • Upon arrival at the district office, meet with the District Executive Director (DED).
  • The DED will guide you through the necessary processes and collaborate with relevant officials to assist you in completing the required steps.

Step 3: Prepare Required Documentation

  • Certificates: Bring original certificates and at least 3 copies of each.
  • Bank Account: Ensure you have a personal bank account number (not a temporary one).
  • Passport Photos: Provide at least nine passport-sized photos.
  • Special Needs Documentation: If you have special needs, bring relevant certificates or identification documents from the appropriate authorities (e.g., hospital).
  • Transport Receipts: Keep all bus receipts as they will be needed later for reimbursement. No evidence means no transport allowance.

Step 4: Filling Out Forms

  • Fill out all required forms accurately.
  • If you have special needs, ensure you complete the specific sections designated for you.

Step 5: Completion of the Process

  • Once the process is complete, your file will be created, and you will be given a PF number. This number is confidential and should not be shared.
  • For those with special needs, you will be called to choose a placement location with a friendly environment. After selection, you will be assigned accordingly.

Step 6: Receiving Placement Letter

  • After completing the forms and agreements, you will be given a letter indicating your placement location.
  • Report to your assigned workplace within two weeks.

Step 7: Reporting to Work

  • At your workplace, write a permission letter and leave copies of your certificates along with the letter to your department head.
  • Provide a second copy of the letter to the ward education officer.
  • Keep the third copy for yourself.

Important Notes:

  • Ensure all documents are complete and accurate to avoid delays.
  • Keep all receipts and evidence of transport as they will be required for reimbursement.
  • The PF number provided is confidential and should not be shared with anyone.

By following these steps in order, you should be able to collect your placement letter and complete the necessary procedures smoothly.
