The Secretary of the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat wishes to inform job applicants for various positions who attended interviews between 25-05-2024 and 19-12-2024 that the results for those who passed the interviews are listed in this announcement. This list also includes some candidates who were in the database for various cadres and have been assigned job stations after positions became available.

Successful candidates are required to collect their job station appointment letters at the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat offices located at the University of Dodoma (UDOM), in the Dr. Asha Rose Migiro Buildings, Open Registry, within seven days from the date of this announcement. Thereafter, letters not collected will be sent to the applicants via their postal addresses.

Furthermore, successful candidates assigned to job stations are required to report to their employers within the time specified in their appointment letters. They must present original academic certificates (from Form Four and above) for verification by the employer before being issued employment letters. Those whose names are not listed in this announcement should understand that they were not selected or did not pass the interviews. However, they are encouraged to apply for other positions when advertised.

IMPORTANT:
Individuals coming to collect their job station appointment letters must bring identification documents for verification. Accepted forms of identification include:

• National ID
• Passport
• Zanzibar Resident ID
• Voter’s Card
• Driver’s License
