ANNOUNCEMENT FOR JOB APPOINTMENTS
The Secretary of the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat wishes to inform job applicants who participated in interviews for various positions between May 4, 2024, and February 11, 2025, that the results for successful candidates have been released. The names of those who passed are listed in this announcement. The list also includes some candidates who were in the database for different positions that have now been allocated to workplaces as vacancies became available.
Successful candidates are required to collect their appointment letters and job placement details from the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat offices located at the University of Dodoma (UDOM), at the Dr. Asha Rose Migiro Buildings. These letters will be available for seven days from the date of this announcement. After this period, any uncollected letters will be sent to the respective candidates via postal mail.
Additionally, candidates who have received job placements must report to their assigned employers within the time specified in their appointment letters. They must bring their original academic certificates from secondary school onwards for verification before receiving their job appointment letters.
For those whose names are not listed in this announcement, it means they were either not selected or did not pass the interview. They are encouraged to apply for future job opportunities when new announcements are made.

Individuals coming to collect their appointment letters must present valid identification. The acceptable forms of identification include:
- National ID
- Passport
- Zanzibar Resident ID
- Voter ID
- Driver’s License
