The Vice Chancellor of Ardhi University would like to inform all job applicants that interviews are scheduled to take place from March 3, 2025, to March 5, 2025, after which successful candidates will be assigned their respective workstations. Candidates invited for the interview should adhere to the following guidelines:

1. The interview will take place on the date, time, and location specified in this announcement, and each category will have a designated session.
2. Candidates must bring an identification document for verification.
3. Accepted identification documents include: Resident Identity Card, Voter’s ID, Work ID, Citizenship Card, or Passport.
4. Candidates must present their original academic certificates, including birth certificate, Form IV, Form VI, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, and any other relevant qualifications as per the job requirements.
5. Testimonies, Provisional Results, Statement of Results, and result slips for Form IV and Form VI (Form IV and Form VI results slips) WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED, and candidates without original certificates will not proceed with the interview.
6. Candidates will bear their own expenses for food, transport, and accommodation.
7. Candidates must arrive on the specified date, time, and location for their interview.
8. The interview will include an oral session and a subject-based discussion.
9. Candidates who studied abroad must have their certificates officially verified by the relevant authorities (e.g., TCU, NACTE, or NECTA).
10. Applicants who do not meet the qualifications listed in the job advertisement should disregard this invitation, as their applications were unsuccessful. Future job opportunities will be announced based on institutional needs.
11. Invited candidates should log into their accounts to confirm their exam registration number, as numbers will not be provided on the interview day.
