ANNOUNCEMENT TO ATTEND AN INTERVIEW

The Secretary of the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat, on behalf of Muhimbili Orthopaedic Institute (MOI), MDAs & LGAs, Ministry of Health, Water and Sanitation Authorities (RUWASA), and the Ministry of Water and Environment, wishes to inform job applicants who applied for various positions that interviews will be conducted from 06-08-2025 to 26-08-2025. The list of interviewees, interview dates, and interview venues will be published. Applicants who pass the interviews will be offered employment. All those called for interviews must adhere to the following instructions:

  1. Interviews will be conducted on the dates indicated in this announcement, at the times and venues specified for each cadre.
  2. Each interviewee is required to arrive at the interview venue wearing a face mask (barakoa).
  3. Each candidate must carry their original ID card for identification. Acceptable IDs include:
    • National ID (NIDA)
    • Voter ID
    • Work ID
    • Passport
    • Driver’s License
    • Letter of Identification from local government
  4. Interviewees must bring original academic certificates, starting from birth certificate, Form IV, Form VI, diploma, degree, and professional certificates based on job requirements.
    Result Slips, Provisional Results, and internet printouts will NOT be accepted.
  5. Candidates who present testimonials, provisional results, statement of results, or internet printouts (Form IV and Form VI results slips) will NOT be allowed to proceed with the interview.
  6. Each candidate will cover their own travel, accommodation, and subsistence expenses.
  7. Candidates should take note of the subjects they are scheduled to be tested on.
  8. Applicants who will not appear on this announcement should note that they do not meet the criteria. They are advised to check their application status via the Ajira Portal to understand the reason and avoid missing opportunities in the future.
  9. All interviewees must log into their accounts on the recruitment portal to confirm their examination numbers, as numbers will not be issued on the day of the interview.
  10. For professions that require registration with professional boards, candidates must bring original registration certificates and work licenses.
  11. Candidates whose names differ in submitted documents must present a Sworn Affidavit of Name Change (Deed Poll) that is registered with the Ministry of Lands.
