About the Role:
Join BRAC’s mission to support 1.2 million adolescent girls and young women across Africa by ensuring seamless IT infrastructure operations. As the IT Officer, you will manage networks, servers, security systems, and user support, enabling the organization’s digital backbone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and optimize IT infrastructure (network, servers, cloud, security).
• Provide technical support and manage user access/device management.
• Monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with data protection policies.
• Conduct training sessions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Uphold BRAC’s safeguarding policies to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in network/infrastructure management.
• Skills in troubleshooting, multitasking, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Cisco CCNA/CCNP certification is a plus.
• Fluency in English.
