Job Announcement: Branch Manager at Diamond Trust Bank
Diamond Trust Bank is excited to announce an opening for the position of Branch Manager. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team and lead our branch operations to new heights.
Key Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Business Administration, Banking, Finance, or Marketing. A Master’s degree is an added advantage.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably with exposure to sales or business development.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee branch operations and ensure efficient service delivery.
- Drive business growth and development initiatives.
- Lead and manage a team to achieve organizational goals.
