1. Results Delivery Office Manager (Re-advertised) – 1 Position

• Job Purpose: To manage the Results Delivery Office and support initiative leads in the development and execution of their plans.
• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Psychology, Commerce, or equivalent. At least 5 years of experience in Organisational Effectiveness/Change Management.
• Application Deadline: 7th March 2025

1. Growers Support Officer – 1 Position

• Job Purpose: To contribute to the implementation of KSCL’s Grower development strategy and foster long-term growth and relationships.
• Qualifications: Diploma or degree in Agriculture, Social Science, or Community Development Studies. Minimum 2 years of experience in the cane growing environment.
• Application Deadline: 5th March 2025

1. Manager In Training (Process) – 1 Position

• Job Purpose: To develop leadership, chemical engineering competencies, and management skills through a specialized training program.
• Qualifications: B.Sc. in Chemical & Processing/Chemistry or equivalent. Must be registered by ERB as a Graduate Engineer.
• Application Deadline: 5th March 2025

1. CMS Evaporator Operator – 1 Position

• Job Purpose: To operate plant units to produce alcohol and concentrated molasses solids (CMS) meeting product specifications.
• Qualifications: Form Four or A level education with Mathematics and Science. Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in the sugar industry or large manufacturing firm.
• Application Deadline: 4th March 2025
