ANNOUNCEMENT FOR JOB PLACEMENT
The Secretary of the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat would like to inform job applicants for various positions who participated in interviews between January 20, 2024, and January 17, 2025, that the results for successful candidates have been released, as listed in this announcement.
The list of names also includes some candidates who were in the database for various job categories and have been assigned workplaces after positions became available.
Successful applicants are required to collect their job placement letters from the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat offices, which are located at the University of Dodoma (UDOM), in the buildings of Dr. Asha Rose Migiro Hall, during working hours. Placement letters not collected in person will be sent via postal addresses of the concerned individuals.
Additionally, successful applicants must report to their assigned workplaces at the time specified in their placement letters, carrying their original academic certificates from secondary education (Form Four) onward for verification by the employer before receiving their appointment letters.
Applicants whose names are not listed in this announcement should understand that they have not secured a position or have not passed the interview. They are encouraged to apply again for future job opportunities.

Those collecting their job placement letters must present a valid identification document. Accepted forms of identification include:
- National ID
- Passport
- Zanzibar Resident ID
- Voter ID
- Driver’s License
