JOB APPOINTMENT ANNOUNCEMENT
The Secretary of the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat would like to inform job applicants for various positions who attended interviews between 20-02-2024 and 17-01-2025 that the list of successful candidates has been published in this announcement. This list includes some applicants from the database for various positions that became available later.
Successful candidates are required to collect their job placement letters from the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat office, located at the University of Dodoma (UDOM), in Dr. Asha Rose Migiro Buildings, Open Registry, within seven days from the date of this announcement. After this period, uncollected letters will be sent to the respective candidates via their postal addresses.
Additionally, those who have successfully secured job placements must report to their respective employers at the specified time indicated in their appointment letters. They must carry original academic certificates, from secondary education onwards, for verification before receiving their employment letters.
Candidates whose names do not appear in this announcement should consider themselves unsuccessful in the interviews but are encouraged to apply again when new job opportunities are advertised.
IMPORTANT:
Individuals collecting their job placement letters must bring an identification document. Acceptable identification includes:
- National Identification Card (NIDA)
- Passport
- Zanzibar Resident ID
- Voter’s Card
- Driving License
