ANNOUNCEMENT FOR JOB APPOINTMENT

The Public Service Recruitment Secretariat would like to inform job applicants who attended interviews for various positions between January 20, 2024, and January 17, 2025, that the results for those who successfully passed have been listed in this announcement.

The list includes the names of those selected and some candidates who were in the database for various positions and have been assigned workstations as vacancies became available.

Successful candidates must collect their job placement letters at the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat Offices located at the University of Dodoma (UDOM), in Dr. Asha Rose Migiro Buildings, Open Registry within seven days from the date of this announcement. After that period, any uncollected letters will be sent to the respective individuals via their postal addresses.

Additionally, successful candidates must report to their employer at the assigned workstation within the timeframe specified in their placement letters, carrying their original educational certificates starting from secondary school and onwards for verification before receiving an official employment letter.

Candidates whose names are not included in this announcement should understand that they were not selected or did not pass the interviews. However, they are encouraged to apply again when new job opportunities arise.

IMPORTANT:

Individuals collecting their job placement letters must bring an identification document for verification. Acceptable forms of identification include:

• National Identification Card
• Passport
• Zanzibar Resident Identification Card
• Voter’s Identification Card
• Driver’s License
