The Secretary of the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat wishes to inform job applicants for various positions who attended interviews between April 28, 2024, and January 17, 2025, that the results are out. Successful candidates who passed the interview are listed in this announcement. This list also includes some candidates from the database who have been assigned workstations after securing positions.
Successful candidates should collect their deployment letters from the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat Offices located at the University of Dodoma (UDOM) at the Dr. Asha Rose Migiro Buildings, Masjala ya Wazi within seven days from the date of this announcement. After this period, uncollected letters will be sent to the respective individuals via postal mail.
Additionally, candidates assigned workstations must report to their respective employers within the timeframe specified in their deployment letters, carrying original certificates from their studies, starting from Form Four (O-Level) and beyond, for verification before being officially hired.
Candidates whose names are not on this announcement should note that they were unsuccessful in securing a position. They are encouraged to apply again for future job openings.

Individuals coming to collect their deployment letters must bring a valid identification document for verification. Acceptable IDs include:
- National ID (NIDA)
- Zanzibar Resident ID
- Voter’s ID
- Driver’s License
- Passport
