The Secretary of the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat wishes to inform job applicants who participated in interviews between January 20, 2024, and January 17, 2025, that the results are out. The names of successful candidates are listed in this announcement. Some of the names also include those who were in the database for various positions and have now been assigned workplaces.
Successful candidates are required to collect their job placement letters from the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat offices located at the University of Dodoma (UDOM), at Dr. Asha Rose Migiro Buildings. The letters should be collected within seven (7) days from the date of this announcement. Any letters that remain uncollected will be sent to the respective recipients via postal addresses.
Furthermore, successful candidates must report to their assigned employers within the period specified in their placement letters. They must carry original academic certificates (Original Certificates) from Form Four level onwards for verification before receiving the final appointment letters.
Candidates whose names are not listed in this announcement should note that they were unsuccessful in securing a position. However, they are encouraged to apply again when new job openings are announced.
IMPORTANT:
Those collecting job placement letters must bring a valid identification document for verification. Acceptable forms of identification include:
- National ID (NIDA)
- Passport
- Resident ID for Zanzibaris
- Voter ID
- Driver’s License
