EMPLOYMENT CALL NOTICE

The Secretary of the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat wishes to inform job applicants for various positions who were interviewed between 09-11-2024 and 17-01-2025 that the results of the successful candidates are as listed in this notice. The list of names also includes some interviewees who were in the database for various cadres and have been assigned work stations after positions became available.

Successful candidates are required to collect their job placement letters from the Offices of the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat located at the University of Dodoma (UDOM) in the Dr. Asha Rose Migiro Buildings, open courtyards within seven days from the date of this notice. After this period, letters not collected by the concerned individuals will be sent via their postal addresses.

Furthermore, successful candidates who have been assigned work stations are required to report to their Employer within the period specified in the job placement letters, with original educational certificates starting from Form Four onwards for verification by the employer before being issued an Employment Letter. Those whose names do not appear in this notice should note that they were not successful in the interview and are encouraged to apply again when job vacancies are announced.

IMPORTANT:

Individuals coming to collect job placement letters must have identification for verification; acceptable identification documents include: Citizenship Identification, Passport, Zanzibar Resident Identification, Voter’s Identification, or Driver’s License.
