JOB APPOINTMENT ANNOUNCEMENT
The Public Service Recruitment Secretariat would like to inform all job applicants who attended interviews for various positions between 04-05-2024 and 11-02-2025 that the results of the successful candidates are as listed in this announcement. The list of names also includes some candidates who were in the database for various cadres and have been assigned to workstations after the positions became available.
Successful candidates are required to collect their job placement letters from the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat Offices located at the University of Dodoma (UDOM) in the Dr. Asha Rose Migiro Buildings, open grounds within seven days from the date of this announcement. After this period, letters not collected by the concerned individuals will be sent via their postal addresses.
Additionally, successful candidates who have been assigned to workstations are required to report to their employers within the period specified in their job placement letters. They must bring original educational certificates starting from Form Four and above for verification by the employer before receiving the job letter. Those whose names are not listed in this announcement should note that they did not secure the positions or did not pass the interview and are encouraged to apply again when new job vacancies are announced.
IMPORTANT:
Individuals coming to collect their job placement letters must have identification for recognition purposes. Acceptable identification documents include: – National ID, Passport, Zanzibar Resident ID, Voter’s ID, or Driver’s License.
